By purchasing, downloading, or using any policies, templates, or related materials from compliIT, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

However, the use of the Product does not guarantee compliance with any specific law, regulation, framework, or industry standard, nor does it ensure protection against cybersecurity threats, breaches, or security incidents.

2. User Responsibility
   You are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, and implementing the policies in a manner suitable for your organization’s needs. You acknowledge that your organization’s compliance status and security posture depend on multiple factors beyond documentation, including internal processes, controls, oversight, and technical safeguards.

3. No Liability for Damages
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, compliIT, its owners, affiliates, partners, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data breaches, business interruption, or claims arising from:

   • the use or inability to use the Product,

   • reliance on any information provided,

   • security incidents occurring with or without the implementation of the provided materials, or

   • failures in achieving compliance, certification, or audit outcomes.

4. No Professional Relationship Created
   Use of the Product does not create a client-consultant, attorney-client, or advisory relationship between you and compliIT or its affiliates.

5. Updates and Changes
   compliIT may update or modify available templates but is under no obligation to notify users or ensure compatibility with future regulatory changes, frameworks, or compliance requirements.

 

By using the Product, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Liability Statement in full. If you do not agree with any part of this statement, you must discontinue the use of the Product immediately.
